When you don't know what to do next

Personal strategy to help you untangle your thinking, explore different perspectives, and find clarity in difficult decisions.

Sometimes you don’t need someone to tell you what to do. You need someone to help you think it through. I work with people who feel stuck, overwhelmed or pulled in different directions — whether that’s a decision about their career, business, relationships, family or simply where they want their life to go next. My role isn’t to make the decision for you. It’s to help you untangle the situation, challenge assumptions, uncover blind spots and look at the problem from perspectives you may not have considered. Together, we’ll separate what matters from what doesn’t, understand what’s really driving your thinking, and bring some structure to the noise. You might leave knowing exactly what you want to do. You might not. But you should leave with something just as important: a clearer understanding of yourself, your options, and what comes next.

Where I come in

I’ve always been the person people come to when they need to talk something through — not because I have all the answers, but because I’m naturally curious about how people think, what drives their decisions, and what might be sitting beneath the obvious.

My background spans leadership, management, problem-solving and working with people through complex situations. Over the years, I’ve learned that the best answer rarely comes from someone simply telling you what to do. It comes from asking better questions, being willing to challenge your own thinking, and having a conversation where you can explore things openly without judgement or agenda.

I don’t approach every problem through one fixed framework, and I won’t pretend to know your life better than you do. I bring curiosity, objectivity and a different pair of eyes. I’ll listen carefully, ask the questions others might not ask, challenge you when it’s useful, and help you examine what’s in front of you from more than one angle.

You bring the situation. I bring the questions, perspective and space to properly think it through.
